Our Community Impact
Thanks to a partnership between the City of Houston, the Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation and Cloudbreak Communities, a newly, redeveloped apartment will open to Fifth Ward Residents!
The development, St. Elizabeth Place Apartments is what the city calls a ‘landmark adaptive reuse project’ that will transform the historic hospital site known as St. Elizabeth Hospital into 85 apartment units.
