The 2510 Chew Street is a boutique executive office and co-working space located in the heart of Houston’s historic 5th Ward. Created with intention, purpose, and community in mind, the 16,000-square-foot space is being transformed from a former Bible college into a hub for entrepreneurship, creativity, collaboration, and economic opportunity.

Rooted in the neighborhood’s legacy of resilience, culture, and innovation, the space was designed to support entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, creatives, small businesses, and community organizations working to shape the future of the community.
